Amine J. Hachem has received three nominations for the 2026 Murex D’Or Awards.
Hachem is nominated for Lebanese Vocal Artist of the Year, while his original Arabic single, Ghannaki Al Qalb, has earned nominations for Best Arabic Song of the Year and Best Music Video of the Year. The music video was directed by Andrew J. Hachem.
Released in 2025, Ghannaki Al Qalb was co-composed by Amine J. Hachem and his longtime music director Brian Holman, with lyrics by Fadia Skaf Hachem. A Note from Amine Hachem
“The Epic of Gilgamesh is the oldest surviving literary epic in human history, written more than four thousand years ago. At its heart lies a story of friendship, loss, and the human search for meaning.
In times like these, when the world feels heavy, it is humbling to step into a work that reminds us how long humanity has wrestled with these same questions.
I am grateful to be part of bringing this ancient story to the stage, and to continue making music as a quiet reminder that creation is our answer to destruction.”
