CHRISTMAS WITH AMINE HACHEM – A GLOBAL MUSIC TALE
Christmas with Amine Hachem: A Global Musical Tale
Are you looking to embrace the enchantment of the season? Then join us for an inspirational evening at Amine Hachem’s Christmas extravaganza on December 15th at Merkin Hall, at the Kaufman Center. Not your traditional holiday event, this musical tale is inspired by Amine’s life in Lebanon, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Each song is a chapter in his remarkable journey. Hachem’s unique Franco-Arabic perspective infuses beloved Christmas classics with Opera, Jazz, Latin, American Pop, Western European Classical, Eastern European Folk, and Arabic influences.
As a young Middle Eastern-American artist, Amine aims to bridge cultural divides and promote unity through music. His holiday show transcends stereotypes and delivers a message of togetherness.
Accompanying Hachem will be accomplished conductor, pianist, and arranger, Brian Holman, leading a chamber orchestra and a big band ensemble. Their musical arrangements will highlight the exciting fusion of contrasting musical styles and cultures. The show will include dancers, a choir, and more surprises throughout.
Amine Hachem has been a leading tenor in operas, musicals, concerts, and recitals on the world’s most prestigious stages. Acclaimed for his “captivating” performances (iHeart Radio), “pushing the boundaries of operatic music by integrating it with unconventional sounds from around the world” (Broadway World), Amine has been dubbed as “one of the best tenors today” and as “a voice that can sing anything”.
Don’t miss “Amine Hachem’s Christmas Special,” an opportunity to immerse yourself in a mesmerizing blend of visuals and music that will take you on a worldwide adventure in which the spirit of Christmas knows no boundaries.
Proceeds will benefit St. John Paul II Church, Sleepy Hollow NY.
