Synopsis:
Abballati Abballti/Dance, Dance brings Mediterranean multiculturalism to life offering a new twist on an old Italian folk song. Performer Amine Hachem and his brother Andrew believe that their rich Mediterranean multicultural tradition needs to be seen, shared and enjoyed. And so, they embarked on a labor of love to embrace everyone in their community. Shot in a documentary style with no actors, Amine appears alongside his family and the people he encountered in his travels; people who live and breathe the Mediterranean life, and those visiting from around the world. All the while singing about their love to dance and joie de vivre!

This international soulful performer and handsome young man push the boundaries of Opera music by integrating it with unconventional global sounds from around the world. He will take you on a journey from the shores of the Mediterranean to the southern tip of the Americas.
About Amine
Throughout his career, Amine performed leading roles in operas and musicals such as La Traviata, Tosca, La Bohème, Madama Butterfly, Carmen, Phantom of the Opera, Evita, I Lombardi Alla Prima Crociata and Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 8. He also starred in numerous cabarets and concert venues all over the world combining a new twist of Mediterranean multiculturalism to an old Italian folk song also blending elements from Latin, jazz, American pop, European classical, Russian folk and traditional Arabic music. He held his first official concert at Carnegie Hall, New York in December 2017 which was described as “One of the best holiday concerts in NYC” by Metro New York. Audience will leave with a magnificent experience from a musical buffet of many flavors all integrated in one unforgettable show!
