TENOR AMINE J. HACHEM DEBUTS AT CARNEGIE HALL
“Hachem pushes the boundaries of opera music by integrating it with unconventional global sounds from around the world”, BROADWAY WORLD.
After the success of his show “From the Mediterranean to the Americas”, tenor Amine J. Hachem is set to debut his first official concert at the highly esteemed Carnegie Hall.
Operatic arias** are told in their classical form, and popular hits are retold from Amine’s unique Franco-Arabic perspective with exciting new arrangements*** that blend elements from Latin, Jazz, American Pop, European classical, Russian folk and traditional Arabic music.
The fusing of Amine’s sweet yet heroic tenor voice with the aromatic blend of the classical instruments, saxophones, trumpets, tablah, bongos, and universal themes from some of the world’s favorite songs, results in a beautiful statement of cross cultural harmony, diversity, and human connection.
Audiences will leave with a total experience: provoked and entertained, reminded of hope and despair, moved to laughter and tears.

We are thrilled to share with you Amine’s upcoming Christmas concert “An Evening Of Opera & Christmas Delights” with Maestro Brian Holman on piano and some of the finest musicians in New York, on Friday December 11th, at the Elebash Recital Hall, CUNY Graduate Center, at 7:30pm.
The program will offer a variety of musical genres, including operatic arias, art songs, sacred arias, and Christmas classics in new and colorful interpretations.
